この法人は広く一般市民に対して、タバコの害や禁煙推進の普及、啓発を行いその為の、喫煙予防や禁煙支援活動をしつつ、禁煙者の増大を図り、とりわけ次世代を担う子ども達をタバコの害から守る事に関する事業を行い、煙の無い明るい健康的な社会の実現に、寄与することを目的とする。
