この法人は、健康で快適な住環境を確保する為に、健康的な住まい作り、日常生活に必要な家具調度品、食品、衣料品と化学物質との関係等を研究し、情報の収集、提供、セミナーの開催を通じ、化学物質に対する認識を高め、県民の快適な日常生活を確保することにより、社会に寄与することを目的とする。
