この法人は、福島県内に居住する高齢者、障がい者や要介護者、子ども並びに生活弱者など、支援を必要とする人々に対して、住まいや日常生活での支援・介護サービス、困りごとの相談などを通じて、コミュニティネットワークを構築したり、高齢者や生活弱者への人権の擁護に関する支援事業を行い、人々が健やかに安心して暮らせる地域社会をつくり、福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
