本会は、福岡県筑後地域を中心に、障害者および高齢者の職業能力の開発、および雇用機会の拡充を支援することを第一義とし、地域の障害者および高齢者福祉の増進、経済の振興、環境の保全などにおいて、共に地域で助けあう共助体制を確立させ、安全で安心して暮らせる街づくりの推進に寄与し、広く社会に貢献する事を目的とする。
