この法人は、広く県民に対してセーリングスポーツの情報伝達に関する事業を行い、鳥取県セーリング連盟、鳥取県外洋ヨット協会等各種海に関する団体又は個人と協力し健全な青少年の育成と、セーリングスポーツを通じた活動により社会貢献に寄与することを目的とする。
