この法人は、滋賀県を中心として豊かな自然環境や名所旧跡等に恵まれた交通不便地域若しくは過疎地域の社会に対して、電動バイク等ＣＯ２排出量ゼロの乗り物を利用した観光に関する事業、街コン等の地域振興に関する事業及び低炭素社会に向けた啓蒙活動等の地球環境保護に関する事業を行い、社会教育、まちづくり、地域活性化、観光の振興及び環境の保全に寄与することを目的とする。
