社会的養護を必要とする子どもたち、また地域の家庭に対して、相談、支援を行うことで児童家庭福祉、ならびに地域福祉の増進に寄与する。 また、障害者総合支援法に基づく障害福祉サービスとして、グループホームの運営を通し、障害者の地域生活の場の提供や支援を行い、自立と社会参加の促進を図る。
