この法人は、子育てに従事する保護者、教育者に対して、子育て等にかかる諸問題を共に考え、心豊かでやりがいのある子育てや教育が実現できるよう支援する。また、行政機関等にも働きかけ、虐待、家庭内暴力、非行、不登校、校内暴力、学級崩壊などの起りにくい、安全で健全な地域社会の実現を目指す社会教育の推進に寄与することを目的とする。
