この法人は、障碍を持つ人、不登校やひきこもりになった青少年やその家族、うつ病などの精神疾患をもつ人に対して、就学支援や就職支援を行うことによって、自立を促し、社会参加の一助となるような活動を通して、本来持つ輝きを取り戻し、人生を楽しく生き生きと過ごしていけるためのサポ-トをすることで、人材育成、社会教育の推進に寄与することを目的とする。
