この法人は、障がい者とその家族が安心して暮らせる地域社会の実現を目指し、障がい者が生きがいと誇りを持ち、自立した社会生活を営めるよう支援することを目的とする。また、広く市民への啓蒙活動を行い、市民との自然な交流を通して、相互理解を深め、障がいを持つ人だけでなく誰でもがより豊かに暮らしていくことのできる地域社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
