この法人は、地域の事業所、福祉施設、学校、在宅障害者と家族、市民に対して障害者の職場参加活動を啓発、普及、促進する事業を行い、障害者の多様な働きかたの実現をめざし、労働と福祉の障壁の解消を図るとともに、共に育ちあい、働きあい、暮らしあうまちづくりを通して、もって地域社会の発展に寄与することを目的とする。
