この法人は、ヨットによる健康増進のためのスポーツや余暇活動の機会を高齢者や障害者を含めたあらゆる市民・年齢層にまで広げ、積極的な海洋資源との共生を通じて、環境保全の重要性、人命尊重の大切さや協調性等に関する体験・訓練の場を確保、提供すること等により『希望ある明るい高知県つくり』に貢献し、もって公益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
