この法人は、「障がいの有無に関係なく、共働・共生ができるボーダレスな地域社会の創造」、「一人ひとりが集団の中でも存在価値を見出し、互いに認め合い、必要とされるような関係・環境づくり」、「限りない成長により獲得した力を発揮できる機会の提供」を行うなかで、地域に開かれ、地域に認められ、地域で生きていくことで「地域の顔」をめざし、もって福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
