"この法人は、子育て中の親をはじめ、障がい者及びその家族、さらには老若男女すべての人に対して、地域社会のコミュニケーションの中で、子育て・教育の悩みを共有しともに学ぶための環境整備・ネットワーク形成など、市民参加の開かれた子育て支援推進に関する事業を行い、子どもの健全な育成、ノーマライゼーションの推進、子どもと親がいきいきと生活できる地域づくりに寄与することを目的とする。 "
