この法人は、亀岡市及び近隣地域において、精神の病状を持つ人を対象とした共同援助事業等を行うことで、障がいにより生き辛さを感じている方が地域社会において自立し、生活する環境づくりに寄与するとともに、地域コミュニティの新たなニーズに応え、誰もが住みやすい地域、関わりの中で、新しい協働の創出、地位力の向上を目指すこと等を目的とする。
