現代社会（青森県津軽地域）では、高齢者や障がい者等社会生活に不安を抱える方へ、ニーズに見合った支援提供ができない事が問題となっているので、その問題を解決するため、この法人は社会福祉支援を必要とする方に対して、対象者の思いに寄り添った支援の提供に関する事業を行い、社会生活の安心に寄与すること、介護・福祉の価値を上げ、自由に社会貢献活動が出来るモデル作りを目的とする。
