この法人は、日本語を母語としない、また日本文化を母文化としない人達が日本で生活したり子どもを学校に通わせたりするための支援を行い、よりよく地域になじみ、暮らせることを目的とする。また成熟した「多文化共生社会」として、お互いの文化などを尊重し合えるまちづくりに寄与することを目的とする。
