この法人は、問題の無い親子がいつまでも親子で在り続けられ、父母が離婚や別居をした後も、子どもが父母の双方から溢れるほどの愛情を受けながら育ち、充実した関係を安定的に築くことを目指す。 そのため、児童の権利に関する条約第９条第１項その他に基づいて、親子関係の充実に寄与することを目的とする。
