この法人は、地域社会に対して、まちづくりの推進を図る活動、社会教育の推進を図るためのスポーツの指導活動、心豊かで潤いのある地域の芸術文化の振興に関する活動、福祉の増進を図る活動を行う。又、安心して子どもを預けることができる児童健全育成事業を行い、地域の発展と児童福祉の充実及び向上を総合的に支援し寄与することを目的とする。
