この法人は、八戸市の空き家の、現地調査を実施し、それを基に集めたデータベースを作成しデータベースを活用した、ポータルサイトの構築・運営することで、空き家売買の促進を図る。また、ポータルサイト上で、魅力あるコンテンツを配信することにより、県外、市外からの移住や定住につなげ、地方創生の起爆剤になることを目的とする。
