この法人は、発達障がい児、又は不登校児とその保護者に対して、生活の向上と様々な支援に関する事業を行う。学習指導や得意分野を伸ばすサークル活動また保護者の相談業務やイベント、就労支援などを行うとともに地域社会に対して発達障がい児、不登校児への理解を促進させるための啓発を行うことで、発達障がい児と不登校児への福祉の増進に寄与する事を目的とする。
