この法人は、児童・障がい者・高齢者に対して、セラピー犬による動物介在活動に関する事業、セラピー犬育成・普及に関する事業を行う。教育・医療・福祉の現場にセラピー犬を介在・介入させることにより、治療やコミュニケーションの円滑化、対象者の生きがいづくりの一環として地域福祉の増進に寄与すること及び、多世代の人々が気軽に集える居場所づくりを行うことを目的とする。
