この法人は、「発達障害」といわれる子どもの優れた素質・才能を見出し、それを育て、生かす行動を、行政や地域住民とが協働しながら、保健・医療・福祉・教育・労働などの各分野にわたり支援活動を実践することにより、周囲の環境の改善・向上を図り、子どもとその家族が人格の尊厳や誇りを侵されることなく、心身ともに健やかに安心して暮らせる社会づくりに寄与することを目的とする。
