この法人は、健常者のみならず、体力的に弱い子どもや高齢者及び心身に障害のある人々に対して、地域に根ざした福祉活動、癒しの渓流及び川づくり活動、地域づくり活動に関する事業を行い、全ての人々が癒され安心して暮らせる地域社会づくりと福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
