この法人は、障害者（児）及び社会参加、社会的自立が困難な人たちに対して、心豊かな生活を営み、作業活動や文化的活動を通して、社会参加、一般就労が出来るように環境整備や支援を行うとともに、障害者団体やボランティア団体などをはじめ、行政や社会福祉団体とも協働しながら地域福祉の増進と活性を目指し活動を展開し、地域社会の発展に寄与することを目的とする。
