この法人は、高齢者に対して在宅福祉サービス事業及び生活力向上事業並びに各種相談受付・仲介事業を行い、福祉の増進及び高齢者のＱＯＬ向上に寄与することを目的とする。また、福祉事業者及び福祉従事者並びに福祉を志す者に対しては、当法人が収集・分析した、福祉に関する多様な情報を提供する事業を行うことによって、福祉事業者の経営・運営の安定化、及び福祉従事者の職場定着並びに福祉を志す者の増加に助力していうことを目的とする。
