この法人は、主に賀茂地区周辺に在住し、精神障害・知的障害発達障害と共に生きる人々とその家族と共に、賀茂地区の自然を活かした産業の開発・アート作品の商品化、それらの宣伝・販売に関する事業を行い、障害者の就業の機会の拡充、個人個人の能力を発見・育成・発揮できる環境づくり、障害者への福祉向上、人権の擁護に寄与することを目的とする。
