この法人は、焼津市をはじめ志太地域を中心とした一般市民及び障害者とその家族に対して、正しい精神保健の普及、啓蒙活動を行うとともに精神障害者の家族の親睦や障害者の社会復帰と福祉の増進に関する事業を行い、地域の精神保健福祉の向上に寄与することを目的とする。
