この法人は、精神障がい者に対して生活を支援する事業を行い、精神障がい者が地域の一員として地域で普通に暮らし、仲間との交流をとおして一人一人が個人として尊重されることをめざす。そのことをとおして、すべての人の人権が大切にされる社会を作ることに寄与することをめざす。
