この法人は、高齢者から依頼された買い物、通院の付き添い、家事全般等、介護保険など公的福祉サービスに対応しきれない多様なニーズに応える自立生活支援活動、子育て支援活動を中心に、誰もがいきいきと安心して暮らせる社会づくりに関する事業を行い、地域活動活性化及びまちづくりの推進に寄与することを目的とする。
