この法人は、すべての人が心豊かに暮らせる社会を目指し、高齢者および障害者に対して、その有する能力に応じ、自立した心豊かな日常生活を営むことができるよう、必要な援助を行うとともに、地域に根ざした相互援助活動および地域福祉関係団体に対する活動援助を行い、もって地域社会の発展と地域福祉の向上に寄与することを目的とする。
