この法人は、精神障害者に対しての地域生活支援に関する事業を行い、精神障害者が地域社会で自立して活き活きと生活が出来るようにしていくと共に、地域社会における深刻な問題であるメンタルヘルスの問題にも積極的に取り組み、その充実を図っていくこととする。またこれらの活動をとおして、地域住民の精神障害者に対する理解が深まることにより、地域の精神障害者福祉の向上に寄与することを目的とする。
