この法人は、自立支援を必要とする障害者に対して障害者基本法、介護を必要とする高齢者に対しての老人福祉法の理念にのっとり、その他高齢者、障害者及び障害児の福祉に関する法律と相まって、公的扶助の受給申請等の助言、介護施設等の斡旋、就労支援の事務処理の委託に関する事業、障害福祉サービス事業、介護保険サービス事業等を行い、社会的弱者の人権擁護を図るとともに、健康で文化的、快適な生活の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
