この法人は、高次脳機能障害に対する理解を深め広く一般に啓発し、高次脳機能障害者とその家族への援助を行う。また高次脳機能障害の専門的な治療と介護の向上および地域福祉の充実を図り、障害種別、有無にかかわらず誰もが安心して暮らせるまちづくりを推進し、社会福祉の向上に寄与することを目的とする。
