この法人は、本年平成２３年３月１１日の東日本大地震及び大津波で壊滅的な被害を受けた岩手県陸前高田市とその市民に対して、緊急支援活動を行い、さらに復旧復興へむけて、国内外の各種団体・企業との連携を結び、復興支援プログラム推進に関する事業を行い、生命を守る町づくりに寄与することを目的とする。
