この法人は、広く航空に関係する個人若しくは航空に関心を寄せる一般市民に対して、小型航空機を活用した、防災、僻地医療、捜索救難の支援に関する事業、航空知識の普及に関する事業等に関する事業を行い、保健、医療又は福祉の増進、災害救援、社会教育の推進等に寄与することを目的とする。
