この法人は、障害のあるなしに関わらず、利根沼田という地域の中で遊び、育ち、地域の学校で学び、社会に出て働き、生活することができることを基本に、そして支援が必要な人にはそれが提供される仕組みを築き、障害者自立支援法の目的である「共生社会の実現」を目指し、地域福祉の発展・向上に寄与することを目的とする。
