この法人は障害児・者及びその家族、高齢者対して、自立・社会参加に向けた社会啓発推進事業や就労支援等の援助事業、又、より良い福祉の実現の為にし得る幅広い支援事業を行い、障害をもつ人々の生きがいと発達を保障し、地域の人々と共に障害をもつ人々が、社会の一員として共生できる豊かな地域社会づくりと福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
