この法人は、障がい者に対して、地域でも自立生活ができる社会の実現を図るため就労継続支援事業や就労移行支援事業など、障害者総合支援法に基づいた事業を行い健常者と障がい者が分け隔てなく共に助け合いながら生活する「ノーマライゼーション社会」の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
