この法人は、障害を持つものが地域で望む生活ができるようサポートをしていく。重度の障害を有しての単独生活から、ご家族との地域生活まで、障害の程度にかかわらずに、自立生活するために必要な介護派遣を行い、利用者に寄与することを目的とする。
