この法人は、地域住民を対象に、その乳幼児の保育及び育児相談、子育て広場の運営などの子育て支援に関する事業を行うと共に、子育て中でも女性が社会との関わりを持てるよう提案してゆく仕組み作りを目指し、女性に誇りとゆとりを見出してもらうことで男女共同参画社会の形成の促進を図ると共に、地域社会の発展に寄与する事を目的とする。
