この法人が目指すものは南海トラフ大地震から「人命を守る」ことであり、住民の命を守ることである。そのために、地震発生直前に発生する「潮の狂い」に着目した。この「潮の狂い」の発生メカニズムを解明し理論立てて説明し、事前避難へと結びつけることによって多くの人命を救い、早急なる国土の復興を目的とする。
