この法人は、10代を中心としたあらゆる子どもたちが安心・安全の場を築くための事業を行い、児童生徒の心身ともに健やかな発達を援助するとともに、健全で豊かな地域社会の確立に寄与することを目的とする。また、公教育との連携、公教育以外の学びの場の提供、及びより良い教育環境の整備に関する事業を通じて、子どもたちが自己実現を図ることができる社会づくり、地域づくりに寄与する。
