この法人は、高齢者及び障害者を対象に、その社会的自立の促進と生活の質的向上に寄与するため、介護保険に係る事業などの実施を通じ、地域の福祉活動の発展を目指すとともに、地域への清掃活動等を通じて環境への保全に関する事業を行い、国際ボランティア支援に関する事業の実施を通じて、国際協力、支援を必要とする人々の生活の向上を促進する活動に寄与することを目的とする。
