この法人は、開発途上国の子どもたちをはじめとする、学習機会や学習環境に恵まれない人々に対して、日本および開発途上国の若者が中心となり、映像教育の提供を中心とした学習支援事業を行い、彼らが自らの可能性に挑戦できる社会の実現に寄与すると同時に、これを発信して広めていくことを目的とする。
