この法人は、海外在留邦人で傷病を患い日本で医療を受ける必要のある最重症患者に対して救命救急並びに国際搬送を提供する事業及び保険・医療・福祉全般にわたりそれに従事する者に対して質の高い医療搬送並びに医療ケアを提供するための必要な啓発・普及、診療支援並びに教育事業などを行い、国際医療搬送の課題解決と救命率向上に寄与することを目的とする。
