この法人は、働く能力があるにもかかわらず障がいがあることで、本人たちに適した就労する場所や能力を発揮することができる環境がない人たちに対して、就労するための訓練や就労先を確保する事業や生活を支援する事業を行い、障がいを持つ人たちの自立と社会参加の支援や地域住民との交流を行うことにより、障がい者の福祉の増進を図り、社会全体の利益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
