この法人は、障害者に対して、経済活動の活性化を促す為に、職業能力の開発に努め、仕事量を拡大し収入の増加を図ると共に、障害者の自立及ぴ社会参加に寄与することを目的とする。 又環境の保全（特に里山）に参画し、高齢者の助言・援助を受け、障害者と一丸になった社会環境の整備に努めることも目的とする。
