この法人は、相馬市民を対象に、総合型地域スポーツクラブとして、継続的にスポーツ活動・文化活動およびボランティア活動を行うことにより、健康・体力の増進ならびに相互の協調・親睦を図り、心豊かで潤いと活力に満ちた生活を送ることができる地域社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
