この法人は東京電力株式会社の原子力発電所（以下「原発」という。）の事故による有害な放射性物質の大量拡散により、極めて深刻な事態を迎えていることに鑑み、超長期的視点に立って、各般の事業活動を行い、その絶え間ない苦しみ、阿鼻叫喚の世界から、私共すべての人々の生命、財産を守り、救済することを目的とする。
